Egg-cellent Progress

We had some egg-citing news today. My eggs made tremendous progress over the weekend. Even Dr. Gill's nurse was amazed. I had one 18 mm egg, a lot of 17 mm eggs and quite a few 15 mm eggs. At my last visit, I guess I got confused (not surprising on all these hormones) and thought the eggs were full size at 10-11 mm. False! The preferred range is 18-22 mm so we're really coming along. The nurse took a lot of measurements and had a long print out of all my eggs made.

My next appointment was suppose to be on Wednesday, however she said I'd probably "trigger" tonight or tomorrow night. I'll be going back tomorrow for another ultrasound and more blood work. She estimated we'd be ready to harvest possibly as early as Wednesday, no later than Saturday. Can't wait to see what tomorrow brings!
